Scrap the War on Cancer, Start the War on Carcinogenesis

By Erik L. Goldman | Editor-in-Chief - Vol. 7, No. 1. , 2006

Botanical Medicines Improve Immune Function, Prolong Survival in Cancer Patients

By Erik L. Goldman | Editor-in-Chief - Vol. 6, No. 1. , 2005

Plant-based medicines including Bromelain (from pineapple), Chelidonium (a common Northeastern plant), and activated hexose correlated compound (derived from medicinal mushrooms) can strengthen immune function in cancer patients, leading to better treatment responses, longer survival and fewer recurrences.
